for the the sound of water but what I'm really going for is the sound of water in the lake and a fountain don't cut it.
I splurged and bought one of those gizmos that include the sound of the ocean and a babbling brook and that sort of thing but none of it sounds like the lake.
I thought about digging a pond but no matter how large I made it, it would be a pissant attempt to replicate the lake.
I need to give up and realize that what's gone is gone and there ain't no gettin' it back.
