I suppose you could argue that you have not done the typical thing of bringing the club below the plane on the backswing,then come "Over-the-top" of the plane in the downswing;hence you are not technically OTT. However,during your downswing your club move away from the plane line,instead of dropping down to stay on it,and the result is a typical OTT move,IMHO.
You can see in the below photo that the shaft has gotten steeper in the OTT move:
The correct downswing gets flatter (not steeper), see below:
Notice that your hands are moving away from your body and not dropping down to stay with the plane line:
