Straight Shooters Not so positive

I purchased an S400 from straight shooters. The next morning after receiving the gun I contacted them that it was losing air. I was informed by SS to ship the rifle to TGAG as they were the warranty center. The shipping both ways was my responsibilty ( $45 ).

The gun arrived to me on Monday the 29th. The warranty center says the gun is fine BUT the gun is still losing air. I checked the rifle for a few times before contacting straight shooters and the result was always thge same 20-30 bar over 24hrs. The loss is shown on both the rifles guage and the pumps guage. The guage seems to become more off after hitting 150bar.

Both times I received the rifle ( SS and then from TGAG ) it only had 55-60bar in it which I thought was odd that someone who knows the S400 series so well would ship the rifle with such a low charge.

straight shooters told me It was between me and the warranty center. I could see if this was several months or even weeks down the road but I first conrtacted them about 14hrs after opening the box containing the gun.

This is my 5th rifle from them and other than a a couple of issues with a Logun D8R, fired with the safety on and was only shooting 23fpe on high, which SS fixed I have not tried to return a rifle.

straight shooters has great service, answers e-mails and ships fast. I thought buying from them would protect me from something like this but I guess not

I would welcome a third party to get involved to confirm the gun is leaking.
