During the first part of May, I ordered a rifle and scope from Pyramyd Air. When the package arrived, the rifle was there, but not the scope. After some back and forth phone calls, a claim was sent to FedEx that was denied. Pyramyd looked into the shipping weight and determined that the scope was likely left out at the time of shipping and a full refund was given.
While this process took a few weeks, Jill, the customer service rep that I was working with, took all of my many, many phone calls with a happy tone and was very helpful answering all of my questions and concerns.
I am a return customer and I will continue to shop at Pyramyd Air and would recommend to others as well. |
