Purchased a Brocock AimX Pistol on March 18th. I asked a few questions before making an order and all emails were replied to promptly, I called to make the order and received a tracking number the same day and the pistol arrived perfectly packaged a few days later.
On opening the box I noticed the serial number had been double printed. I emailed to make sure my warranty would not be affected and Jim offered his assurance I was covered and also offered to take the gun back if I would prefer that - I had not even mentioned returning the gun, But was nice to know I had it as an option.
Jim also followed up offering his assistance with the FAC spring change, and then called me to talk me through a problem I was having with the pistol which ended up being nothing.
Excellent service in every respect.
