Issue: I had problems ordering via fax earlier in the month, but when I finally found time to call, Tim answered, took my info, and shipped my order the same day. He charged only actual shipping via first class mail - just a couple of bucks, and the order was delivered coast to coast in two days. The product was packaged well with clear instructions and works as advertised. I also appreciated the "Made in the USA" logo on the package.
Desired Resolution: I wish I could have ordered online or via fax, but I am very happy with Mac1 nonetheless.
