Rob did a wonderful job with my R9 .177. He did a full tune and the gun has lost its twang and most of its vibration. It has a way smoother shot cycle and the trigger is very crisp. He sent e-mails with pictures of my gun apart to show me what he was doing and explained all the steps involved. He took the mystery out of what he was doing and made it a learning experience also. Highly recommend his service
