I'M FROM CENTRAL MISSOURI. GOING TO BE AROUND SAM'S THRONE AREA THIS WEEKEND AND I'M CURIOUS WERE I SHOULD BE LOOKING. ARE THEY IN BOTTOM LAND'S OR ARE THEY IN THE HILLS YET? YOUR TEMPS HAVE BEEN GOOD THERE. STILL A LITTLE COLD HERE.
Today was the 4th time we have been out, and the first time we found any. The temp is just now warm enough. We found some in the bottom lands, outside of Jonesboro. My husbands brother lives in the hills, he hasent found any around there yet.
We are in Northwest Arkansas. We found 38 on Thursday and 56 on Friday. It has cooled off again now. Found some nice blondes and grays. We also found 5 on Tuesday in the Mountain Home area.
Has anyone ever found any in the Hot Springs area? I have lived there almost two years (from TN) and have never even thought to look. I plan to look on our land next weekend when I get back, but don't want to waste my time if they don't grow there. Please let me know. Thanks.
