I grew up in sturgis michigan, seems like mothers day weekend was the start of the good pickins. Not to say you shouldn't keep looking though, problably get in on the early ones. My Tennessee season is expiring so I hope to make a trip up there in mid to late May. I'll drive clear to the Jordan River valley if I have to. Heard there has been a nice week of weather up there so check it out!
