3-4 lbs. on May 10th

I found 3-4 lbs. on May 10th near Muscatine. They were pretty well scattered everywhere and the best ones were growing in 12 inch grass. The dew must be helping them. Sounds like it's ON for us! Good luck to all!

Husband and I went out this evening 'round 6:30pm CDT. Just 5 min. south of Des Moines, IA proper on our farmland that has 2 sides of acerage bordered by branch of North River. Found only half dozen yellows. Went out 1 1/2 weeks ago and found dozen greys. It's still chilly at night (some of our land is low-lying and can be cooler than other areas), and day temps are still having hard time getting out of upper 60's-lower 70's. Thinking one more week and dry out a little (we've been really wet all winter and early spring!) will help lots.
