Two Kinds??????????

I hear that there are multiple kinds of morel. I've been seeing the gray ones and was wondering if any one knew when the others come up and if you do tell me.

I've noticed that the yellow like apple tree's & the grey like the hard wood area.

the greys and whites are immature yellows. there are black morels and spikes (verpas) kinda fall in between.
