I found 90% of them around cedar trees, just got back from hunting, and found about 2 more pounds. I live outside of Hutchinson, and you?

The wife and I went out today and found only one. She found it so I am happy but I would like to find more to eat. We live in Kansas City. Ks and went to Bonner, KS to a area that is flat but wooded and has a streem running thru it. A lot of the ground has grass but there are some areas with less cover and more leaves. That is where she found it. My 93 year old grandpa thinks it is still too cold and the ground hasn't warmed up enough. I've got to make more time to go looking. Oh, and when we got home we had to pick about 30 ticks off of us. But that is the fun part about shroomin' with your wife. ;) Happy hunting everybody!
