Last year we found about a couple hundred of spikes and morels in our patch of woods. And now, in the middle of September, we are finding mushrooms already in our back yard in Indiana! It's amazing! So far we get one almost every other morning that will pop-up in the middle of the yard. The only bad thing is that they do not smell right and they are mushy on the tops. But we are just happy, and hope that they will turn out good when season comes around for them delicious little guys!
