Why has he closed the forums.

Looks to me like they are still active, just not very popular.

What is it with fishermen and political issues? Are we incapable of discussing political issues maturely? This was stuck on their forum, posted by the admin:

"We actively warn and ban users when the need arises often with no second chances and no questions asked. It's really very simple. Respect other members, respect their opinions (even if it differs to yours), do not get involved (or post) known controversial issues (including politics, religion etc), and contribute constructively to Tacklebox.com.au, and there will be no issues."

Very hard to have a mature conversation with the child that runs Toolbox
