Pathos watch, any info?

Hi all,
I've just picked up this Pathos watch. I think it is one of those German watches, with a Chinese "Swiss" movement. Large at 40 mm excluding crown. A screw down crown. Sapphire crystal. And a titanium look stainless steel case, almost a parkerised look. Keeps very good time. An homage to the German Pilot watches I think.
