well i quit first off smoking a year ago last may
and i have cut out ALL FAST FOOD ALL SODA TYPE DRINKS all of them!
now i only drink water milk and pure juice, i only eat healthy.
as for supplements
im using LIPO-6X by NUTREX about 60BUCKS A BOTTLE lasts like 30days
and also VITRIX with NTS-5 it's like 58BUCKS both can be found at GNC HEALTH STORES
now as for work outs,
im pushing 165lbs 5 sets of 50reps a mimimum of 4x per week
along with some other variations of lifting
like i curl 60lbs with each arm for example.
my off days i hike through the woods about 2 miles
the wood are a great place for getting the blood pumping
better than a mill if ya ask me cuz of all the hills and terrain
plus you get to see new things daily so you wont get as board with it..

keep in mind, no pills will get it done alone,
you have to work work work!
but hey im only about 3 months or so in on the wightlifting ,
just wait 3 more months!!!!
