I have been having periods of being very sore. It gets better if I massage. It feels like being engorged but there is only a very tiny amount of clear fluid that comes out of one side and zero on the other. If this continues I may have to stop. I am afraid I will grab one of them out of pain in public (LOL). Has this happened to anyone else?
I have the same problem though I have only tried to massage my breasts to see how it goes. Now I am fully adicted to massages. I have to do them, I am engorged and now in the evening I am looking forward my massage. I havent used herbs yet. I wonder what could happen to me. During the day I cant concentrate on any other thing I feel my breasts tinkling, like someone is knocking inside them.
I continued and they do not ache so much especially after getting my period a few days ago. Also nothing more than a tiny bit of clear fluid every few times so I doubt I was engorged. Although it really felt that way. I think the oxytocin(sp?) makes the massage somewhat addicting. I was taking some Fenugreek but I was starting to REALLY bloat everywhere. I am now trying Blessed thistle as it is slightly diaretic(sp).
Today 2 hrs after the morning massage my breasts have started to swell. First I thought they would blow up, then they calmed a little but now they still work inside. I can touch them without pain, they are nicely full and quite heavy. I feel their movement when I walk. I finally started to use fennel because it should remove tense in my breasts. Im afraid of taking fenugreek. Now Im going to do the evening massage and warming and I will see...
Do you feel better after massages? I do. Ive just finished one, I tried to be very gentle, I enjoyed it and my breasts are really full.
What do you do when you feel the pain while you are among people?
Today I put on a bad blouse and during our bussiness meeting I realised that everyone was watching my nipples. They were visible though I wore a bra. And because of that swelling I had to breathe deeper. LOL
LOL - Yes, massage does help. I found that in the days before my period they were less sensitive than the other times that month. I am on day CD 4 of my 2nd month and can feel them waking up again. I think wearing a fully padded bra is the only way to hide them - try this at work. I would decrease the time of your massage if you are having severe swelling. I am measuring 35" and I was only 34.5" on the same day last month. I was measuring 35.5 the day my period started but I also was about 3lbs heavier than what I am today. Something made me retain a lot of H2O, I think it was the fenugreek &/or the heat and humity.
Hello, light pleasant swelling stays, but those pains are away. Today Ive realised that I filled my bra properly. 34C. I am happy. I have problems with shoes and bras. Smaller size is too small, bigger one is big. Sometimes I leave a shop after trying 10 bras and none is OK. Embarrasing. Now I have to buy some padded bras because of my erected nipples and I will continue with my little programme. Fennel, oat, borage, ginko, camomille, sunflower oil, selenium. Twice a day - massages. I am not lazy. Maybe I will make my own programme page. But I am not crazy about it. I have a lot to do in my life.
