I've read all about this Grow Yours program but I still don't get it. Some people are saying you don't have to do the massages forever but in that case I don't understand how any results can be lasting?

The bubble seems to have burst on the Grow Yours thing, as I think it's become accepted now that you would need to do it forever to have any chnace of keeping the results.

The Grow Yours method seems to have fizzled out, but I don't know if that's the reason why it's fizzled out.

I think the bubble bursting on Grow Yours, has alot to do with expectations. Joseph said that we would see growth, and that it would be significant, moreso for those that have already nursed. However GY is like herbs, it doesn't work for everyone, despite what it says. Alot of us saw some growth, but then like with herbs, we were up and down with it, or at least that was my case, and it wasn't the amount alluded too..


Seeing as that I am unable to take herbs anymore, and am too scared to try BO at the present moment, I am giving GY another shot - but am only doing it on my right breast as it is the smaller breast. I do realize that this isn't lasting results, but I don't mind spending a little bit of time massaging my right side to keep it looking like my left. That is my only goal at this point, and since I don't need a huge amount of "growth" to do that, then I think I am having more realistic expectations, then using this method as a way to grow cup sizes. The difference in my boobs is my left is a Full A, and my right is about a 1/4 inch shy of being full - only noticeable with my bra off.
