Amitage staggers as the vision leaves him. Quickly he digs the rock from his pocket. Yes! It is the same rock from the clearing. Then where is the elf? Where is the robed man? Glancing around he sees the sun just peaking over the horizon. Armitage moves on finally locating his horse, he turns the horse north planning to leave the area as quickly as he is able. This rock will be of great help, as long as it will remain quiet.
Traveling for three hours Armitage soon finds himself looking at an old farmhouse. The mid morning sun blazing to his left. He jerks in the saddle, LEFT? But he was heading north not south. Confusion wars in his head until he finally decides that he must have really wanted to head south and only thought he would go north.
The farmhouse is quiet but Armitage can see some family members working in the nearby fields. Riding Dawndancer over to the nearest adult he asks her ˇ§Pardon my intrusion Mˇ¦Lady, but could you please tell me whee I amˇ¨?
The girls starts and then exclaims ˇ§Lands be, but you scared me. I know I am normally distracted by the end of the week working pulling weeds but you caught me by surprise. You are in Eldor, the Dukeˇ¦s Castle is a days ride over that way.ˇ¨
End of the week? But this should be Thirdday! Where had the last three days gone?
