"STAY in the SHADE" Spring Events

Saturday, February 21st: 9:00am
10-11 mile training run at Pontiac Lake Recreation Area (Waterford - Pontiac region)
A wonderful park with a challenging well marked course.
Very informal event, no cost, and everyone runs at their own pace.

Sunday, March 29th: 10:00am
3rd Annual "Mountain Man" Trail Run and Hike
5.6 mile run or 2.1 mile hike at Bald Mountain Recreation Area (Lake Orion - Rochester region)
Fund raising event, cost $15-$25.
Participants receive refreshments, and a t-shirt. Age group and overall winner awards.
