OK.....over this next week or so, I will be creating a new section on the Hiking Michigan main web site. The 1st new area will be HIKE REVIEWS. It will have all the Hikes we do, with pictures included, and IDs of some of the things we all get to see while on these hikes. I have recieved a number of requests to do this, and I think itr's a great idea for being able to see some of the great place we get to visit and some of the wonderful plants, animals and trees we find along the way. So...............very shortly this will be a regular section on the web site.
There will also be a new area called: IT MUST BE MICHIGAN. This was also requested by a number of the members, especially after the recent "Torbado Hike" at the Daunner-Martin Sanctuary. It will be stories of different peoples experiences in the Michigan Outdoors. Since our beautiful state has a way of every changing, at a moments notice, many or you have some great stories from these kinds of sudden weather changes, and the bizzare, "Only in Michigan" type of stuff. So look for these two new sections on the main web site over the next couple of weeks.
