New Ebay e-mail scam

I just received a phishing e mail from a scammer which included my ebay registered name and inquired about an active item I am currently selling.
The e mail asked me if I ship to New Jersey. Yes do I ship to New Jersey.
There apparently is new technology out there now enabling the phishers to do this. Previously all phishing ebay e mails did not included this type of information.
BE CAREFUL OUT THERE.
