Picked these up in a lot of boxing memorabilia. It's pretty cool to see the writing on the pics about how many cols and where to cut for newspaper. On back of each one has the picture from the paper.the one where he is flexing is missing the top half. Anyone know if these are common and what value these have

They're originals. The date stamps on back of very desirable, as they prove the date. That they were published in the newspaper (evidenced by the clippings, cropping marks and editorial notes) will make them more desirable to some collectors. Not all photos in a newspaper or magazine's archives were published. The original photos were sent only to subscribing newspapers and magazines, an original or two kept by photo service. Over the years, most would be tossed out or lost. Today, there will be only a handful at most of your specific original photos, and it's possible one or both is unique.

1st one about $15.00 the second about $25.00. Would be more if not for the visible crop markings.
