Anyone know who the bidder 23s is on Ebay?

This bidder has won about 75 of Hyee's auctions at this point of the night and has spent a little about $24,500 so far on his items. I have been outbid by him on about 5 different items that I had some pretty ridiculous high bids put in and his snipes have been killing mine.

23s on ebay is Marshall Fogell (sp.?) He co-wrote the book on photos with the owner of Hyee auctions. Co-author, and a loyal bidder.
