I have been trying to obtain the entire set of pinbacks celebrating inductees to the HOF (see examples below) but am not even sure how many are in the set. I have seen 38 different ones and believe there may have been 40 total. They are numbered (example HF26) and I have seen a number 40, but none higher. The two numbers I have never seen are 36 and 38. I have been told they were only sold at Cooperstown and stopped making them around 1985. The first 25 or so show up on ebay from time to time, but the higher numbers appear to be much more difficult to come by. Does anyone have any information on these pins and especially if you know who (if anyone) was numbered 36 and 38?
