T3 TURKEY RED PSA VS. SCG

I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE A T3 TURKEY RED GRADED 4 BY PSA WITH A 'MK' QUALIFIER DUE TO A PENCIL CARD NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE BACK. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW SGC LOOKS AT PENCIL MARKINGS ON THE CARD BACK? THE SGC GRADING STANDARDS LIST CARDS WITH PENCIL MARKS AT A GRADE OF 2. HOW WOULD SGC GRADE SUCH A CARD THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN A GRADE OF 4 BY PSA WITH THIS QUALIFIER? SHOULD THEY NOT BE SOMEWHAT COMPARABLE AND NOT 2 COMPLETE GRADES APART? I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE ON THIS TOPIC.

With qualifiers on PSA grades, the rule of thumb is take teh card down 2 grades. PSA even says this. So your PSA 4 MK would be a straight PSA 2 if you asked for no qualifiers.
So a SGC 2 would also be a correct grade.
