Film of 62' World Series by ABC Sports

I met a guy that said he has vintage original ABC Sports film of the 1962 World Series...can anybody give me a ball park figure of it's value? I think he said it was 16mm, and he does have a projector to go with it. background below:

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The 1962 World Series matched the defending champion New York Yankees against the San Francisco Giants, who had won their first NL pennant since moving from New York in 1958, defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers in a three-game playoff.

This Series, which was closely matched in every game, is remembered for its then-record length of thirteen days, caused by rain in both cities, and its appropriately dramatic conclusion. The Yankees took the Series in seven games for the twentieth championship in team history. To put it another way, the Yankees had won their first World Series in 1923, so of the 40 Series played during 19231962, the Yankees had won half of them.

The Giants had a better team batting average, earned run average, hit more home runs, triples, and doubles, yet lost the Series.

My Dad was actually at that game, and to this day says the McCovey ball was the hardest ball he has EVER seen hit. Such a shame that it was on a bee line right to Bobby Richardson. Perhaps the toughest blow in recent history, for Giants fans.

Peanut's Cartoon Panel

December 15 2008, 5:01 PM

DMcD, That's an awsome cartoon panel....what are the dimensions? is that framed? Where'd ya get it? ...let's hear the skinny on it...who, where, what, how etc

Charles Shultz lived about an hour from me...in Santa Rosa Ca....In the back of my mind I thought of getting some sports panels like that from him...but never got around to it then he died....I could still pursue some but getting direct from him would have been my preference...I heard of someone who in jest traded a card or something with him and got a panel...that's where I got the idea...gone now though..

Peanuts strip

December 15 2008, 6:51 PM

Carlton: I feel badly in having to report that the above posted Peanuts comic is a mere xerox from a book of collected strips. My apologies for misleading anyone; it was not my intent. I remember that Schulz ran a variation of this panel two or three times over the course of several months following that sad day for Giants fans Chas. Schulz and young seventh-grader David McD. Hard to believe it's been 54 years since they've won it all. If the original panel(s) still exist they would command a fortune.
