Department Overview: Develops and support s applications supporting the Risk Finance business. This covers trading tools, front office applications and downstream processing.
Main function of the job: Manage and motivate a team of developers.Ensure that IT can rapidly respond to new business initiatives and support the anticipate business growth in what is becoming a vital function across many areas of the bank.
Main duties Responsibilities: Application support Enhance existing applications to support business growth Re-architect key application to support business growth Establish good relationships with business managers
Team Structure: Working within a team of 11-12 people covering support and development globally.

Essential
Qualifications /Education: Mathematics to graduate level Finance theory
Experience required: 3 years team leadership. Sound technician with 5 years NT, C++ and VB experience. Knowledge of trading tools
Skills and Aptitude: Sound business knowledge of credit derivatives.
