My Dad was Hank Esford. He died in 1973. According to his military record he was assigned to the 7th Service Regiment as as maintenance supervisor in China from June 1945 to February 1946. Anyone know him?

My uncle, Ellis Smith, was a Master Sergeant with the 7th Service Regiment and saw action on Iwo Jima. I will correspond with him and see if he remembers your
father.

Meanwhile, I'm interested in compiling a list of all who were in the 7th Service Regiment. Could you be so kind as to tell me how I can get that information?

Your earliest response would be appreciated. Thanks.
