My father-in-law has mentioned that he served in China with the US Marines (either before or after WWII). He is reluctant to talk about his service. My daughter (his grandaughter) is a school teacher, and would like to know more about her grandfathers service. How would we go about getting more information??? His name is Edison Fields. Thank you.
