Any remember my father, Joe Ganley?

I was wondering if anyone out there remembers my father Joseph Ganley? He was in the Marine Corp reserves as a military policeman. He was also in Recife, Brazil I believe in the 9th Military Police Battalion. He fought the Battle of Okinawa and was on the USS Melville. I have a lot of his service history that I have from memory from his stories that he told me when I was very young. He was in the 3rd Amphibious Corp.
