I am looking for info on my Great-Uncle Joseph J. Reardon. I know that he was stationed in China prior to the war as was taken prisioner in the Philipines as a Warrant Officer. I also know that he was wounded in the Philipines and won a Silver Star and upon his relase and return home he held the rank of Lieutenant and reached the rank of Lt. Colonel before he left the Corp.

There isn't anyone left in the family that has any info on him, and most of what I know is from stories from my dad, (now deceased), and from a newspaper clipping about his release and him being treated in San Diego for beri beri. I have found some info on the net all of which makes me even more curious.

I would appreciate any info that anyone might have, or info on other possible sources of info. Thanks.
