I was just practicing this morning and started to think about your question and said to myself "Why not answer the man".
Some people are visual, some people have taken up and taught this swing just from the book and some people can only learn by a hands on experience. I provide all 3 but for the 3rd you have to be a local.
I'm glad you got some visual from the You Tube video. There is another 10 minute segment coming but I'm in no hurry so it probably won’t be edited and uploaded until September. I'm trying to add to the original video and not cover the same stuff.
A little sneak preview.
My grandfather used to have Mac O'Grady hit shots only with his right arm and do the full swing. I was taught this method of hitting with only the right side at the same time. I shot the video and now will probably shoot some more because I can now hit a 6 iron almost 100 yards with my right arm alone. I'll show everyone how to do it when the next YouTube upload comes out. The point of the right arm swing is to learn how to hit from behind the ball.
