On Friday October, 24th someone went to Vinemont Elementary and attempted to 'withdraw' a kindergarden student from school. The man's ID was not checked. Nor were there a any security cameras. So school officials nor the parents have any idea who tried to withdraw this child from school. A police report was filed. And done so as an attempted kid-napping. The child's mother did not know this until the harvest carnival on the 25th. when the child's teacher asked the students mother if she was moving. Why did they wait to contact the mother? Any way, I know for a fact that this happened. To my knowledge this incident has not been reported in the newspaper. Why? Seems like to me that the more people that know about this the safer our children would be.
