Um. Are you sure you aren't getting to stories mixed up? The part about Skinner's balcony sounds like a series by Peach?, where Skinner forces Krycek to give him a blow job, then takes him to bed and has rough sex with him. Skinner thinks he raped Krycek, but it turns out Krycek was in love with Skinner. Eventually, they end up in a threesome with Mulder. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the series.
The fisting part sounds like a Skinner/Krycek story by MJ Lee, not Divine Retribution...A Measure of his Worth? I think that's right.
