In Defense of California ...Sort of

As someone who lives in the very heart of the benighted state of California, I have to say that rolling blackouts can't be held responsible for Squidge being down; we actually have had very few outages so far this year, I believe only three in the Bay Area, one or two in the LA area, they only last for an hour to an hour and a half, and they've never occurred on a weekend. I've noticed myself that the RatB site is often down on Sundays - just figured it was for maintenance purposes.
