I don't understand why webtv equipment won't work after tv changes to digital? Getting webtv to show on the tv has nothing to do with the digital change-over. I believe your client was not informed correctly on the change-over. His webtv should continue to function as always. Pagebuilder is an editor with a basic template about like most web hosts use. It seems any really basic editor from any host that has a template where you just fill in "boxes", add colors, images, links etc., would do if pagebuilder were ever unavailable.
