I do not know all the tech issues involved with digital service. I do know that every time there is something new that has to do with the net, webtv has a problem with it. After all these years, the bug ridden door-stop still has problems doing what is basic to the rest of the internet browsers. If I were you I would not worry about anything webtv, there are not enough webtv users left to bother with. Tell your client to call webtv's customer support, I am sure they will be able to help and resolve his issue to his full satisfaction:)
