Pagebuilder is a generic term for an html editor. WebTv's pagebuilder IS proprietary and unique to webtv and can only be accessed with a paid webtv account. While it is similar to other "pagebuilders", ONLY webtv users are able to access webtv's pagebuilder editor. WebTv users can use some other editors, but people who don't have webtv service can not access or use webtv's pagebuilder. Anyone can view a webtv pagebuilder page but only people with a current paid account to webtv service can access webtv's pagebuilder files to edit.
