There is no electronic store any where offering any new msntv. You can still get a used one on ebay or refurbished from msntv. MsnTv has/will stop manufacturing of new units. Even microsoft has finally figured out, you can dress up a door-stop, but it is still a door-stop:) All the b.s. about tv3 is just that, b.s.
