Don't know what the exact issue may be but, webtv has had trouble at times with html in their sigs. Of course, webtv will give you conflicting information because no one at the door-stop factory cares about customers, they only care about the money you pay every month. You might try using a different email system from another internet provider like yahoo, hot mail, excite etc.....I personally don't use html or script of any kind in my emails nor do I allow html in my inbox. Hackers can hide a script/html virus in emails. So even if a sig is sent to me it will not display images or html. If the email is from someone I trust I can then allow the images and html to open.
