The ignorance and apathy at webtv is rampant and epidemic from ceo to csr and nothing has changed for the better in ten years. You can combat as others have over the years with no results. Drop the door-stop and get a p.c. The new netbooks are wonderful. If they were available five years ago when I bought my laptop I probably would have bought a netbook. The netbooks are everything webtv should have been.
