It depends on your needs but if you just require the basics as most do,the brand is not nearly as important as what is on sale.If you have a Staples or Bestbuy near by check them out as they always have sales.As in the earlier post if you don't mind a 10 inch screen check out all the different netbooks as they cost between $350.00 to $400.00.
