I bought my mother-in-law (she's 83) a used msntv2 set on EBay, since her's died. She can't clear the primary user so that she can add her user name to it. I'm not familar with webtv, and I thought she could just back space it out, but she she's it won't let her. Can anyone tell me if it can be done?
