If you are talking about msntv, forget it. There is no other place to call. MsnTv does not care about it's users. The only thing they care about is the money you pay every month. As long as msntv users keep paying they have no reason to fix anything. Msntv does not now, or ever have, cared about it's users. Get a netbook or p.c. and forget about msntv.
