When I powered on my unit today the screen is all snowy. Nothing wrong with my tv but when I change the input to access webtv the unit powers on but no picture. I'm using the correct auxiliary channel.
I called WEBTV but haven't gotten any help. They have suggested buying a new box or replacing the av cables.
Before I do either I wanted to see if any of you could advise me as to what the problem could be. Right now I'm on a library computer.
