Not sure what the issue might be, but I find it interesting that webtv would suggest buying a new box without trying to find out the cause of your existing problem. If you don't find out the problem I would suggest buying a used p.c. before even trying the webbie again. I picked up a second p.c. off of ebay for $128 delivered to my door.
