I suggest one of the new mini notebooks sometimes called netbooks. They are about $250 and up. Or, You might try getting an used p.c. I got a back up p.c. off of ebay for $130. You might try a local p.c. repair shop, they usually have some used p.c.'s. High speed is good. You can get high speed from your local cable tv company. The phone company offers high speed too. You will usually get a free email address with your internet provider. If not you can always use yahoo or other email provider.
