      i have an msntv2 which i have been useing for 7 months with an H/P Deakjet cse865 printer.crashed and i cannot get printer to function.msn tech support[?]advises me that this printer i have been useing for 7 months is not compatible with msntv2.help me combat ignorance/please.john
