Does anybody know why some of the donor embryo profiles I received from my clinic say that an FDA consult is required? This list is the first I've received from the clinic, but I've never heard of that requirement before.

It may depend on how long it has been since she has had her last FDA testing, it has to be done every year and maybe she isn't due for hers yet. That testing costs around $400 and that would be added to your costs.
